Today, I took a shower after I finished typing an important essay I've been working on for days. My computer illiterate mum shut the computer down when I was gone, without saving a thing. When I confronted her, she yelled at me for "wasting electricity". FML

Today, I accidentally left my bedroom light on all day. When I got home, my mum screamed at me for wasting electricity. This is the same woman who leaves the TV on all day while she’s at work, all so our dogs have something to watch and won't be “bored”. FML

Dude, one time I made the same mistake with a powerpoint presentation. The whole group bailed on me so I did the whole thing myself. I was finally finished at 1 am when my computer suddenly shut off. I then needed to redo the entire presentation. No sleep sucks. Stop giving him hell for not pressing save. It was a mistake, ok?

ok that's totally different!! her computer didnt just randomly shut off! she was leaving the computer. if your computer hadnt crashed, i bet you would have saved it when you were done!
