Today, I took a shower after I finished typing an important essay I've been working on for days. My computer illiterate mum shut the computer down when I was gone, without saving a thing. When I confronted her, she yelled at me for "wasting electricity". FML

Yeah, unless you are in a tv sitcom, this doesn't happen. The autosave would have saved the majority of your work. Plus who walks away without saving?

I hate FMLS like this about people who do a big long assingment without saving it at all then get pissed when something happens so that the computer is turned off. Is it that ******* hard to click the save button? YDI

I doubt that.... being fully confident, of course, that you would be smart enough to hit the save button, as soon as you were done so that mom would not even be a possible problem, if the assignment is soooo important.lol
