Why didn't you just use Apples' Express Lane? Better yet why didn't you make an appointment either?
I've never heard of anyone replacing a battery on an iPod... I've never had to do that and the oldest one I have is like 6 years old and still works great... even then if it starts acting up I would just buy a new one... they get better and better every year or so...? and I agree with everyone else, why would anyone buy an apple product from walmart???
Take it to a licensed dealer/repair shop, free replacement :3
you can't replace an iPod battery it has an enternal battery u can't take out
Really don't think this ***** your life.
You're pretty retarded though.
Ydi for thinking walmart would replace it... I also highly doubt apple would suggest anything but they're battery replacing service.. For the record, it's easy to do.

How would walmart replace the battery?
I swear they do this on purpose because they think it's funny.
