Today, I took my lunch break to buy my mom a pretty orchid. I took it to her apartment (to which I have a key), placed it on her coffee table with her card, and went back to work, pleased with my surprise. She called me later to ask why I got her a stick in a pot of dirt. Her cat ate the orchid. FML

(This is my FML, made an account after the submission...) plethora, orchids run about $20-30 and the cat had eaten ALL of it. Not just the flowers...stem too. So I don't think it's going to grow back. Orchids are delicate. :)

Today, I was looking for my food, but my master had forgotten to put it out. Starving, I looked around for any meat I could find. But no, there just had to be no meat. I had to settle for an ugly looking plant on her kitchen table. Now I have diarrhea. FML Today, I was bought by a human to please his mom. As I was opening up my petals to shine bright and beautiful, a cat jumps up and devours my flower. Now I have to wait another year to grow a new flower. FML Today, a beautiful plant was placed in my soil. A human then bought me and brought me to a house. A few minutes later, a cat ate the the beautiful plant that was growing in me. The she-human had to stare at me naked. FML
