Today, I tried to set up my brand new washer and dryer. How hard can it be, right? After cutting my hand in 3 places on the dryer vent, I finished it off with electrocuting myself. So much for being a domestic goddess. FML

How in the lemon-scented hell do you electrocute yourself on a washer/dryer!? You plug the thing into the high capacity socket. Thats it. You have to seriously fail at plugging it in or you have to open the thing up after it's plugged in. Fakes keep getting worse and worse here.

er...If you get electrocuted, you die. Are you dead? There's nothin wrong with doing a little Googling before you talk. Just try tah make sure you don't sound like an ass. ;)

#65 - you should do some Googling before you talk too. "In the vernacular, the term electrocution is used to mean accidental injury, death, murder or suicide by electric shock" (Wikipedia). In case you don't know, "vernacular" means slang or common usage. And yes, you can experience electric shock and survive. What do you think static shock is except miniscule electric shocks? And ouchy, but you really should have let someone else at least help you if not install the washer/dryer for you.

You can survive electric shock, but electrocution means death by electrical current passing through the body. Try a real dictionary next time.

um don't you just plug the dryer in to the power? and connect 2 hoses and plug the washing machine in????
