I had an old friend who used to walk miles to see his girlfriend... At first I thought he was a devoted guy. Then I realized he was just a broke bitch expecting some pity p**** when he showed up. I don't know if they have cars or cabs where he comes from, but I'm not rushing to pat OP's back.

So I'm guessing you just walked 5 and a half miles.. not six. At least not for her.... I'm guessing you walked back the 5.5 miles then... That makes it 11 miles. Still a lot better than spending your life with such a bitch.

You were obviously trying to do something nice, so had it been the first time she might have jumped the gun. However, if you continually have gone out of your way then be greatful that she broke up with you. Don't waste your energy walking or being with her, you obviously deserve better.
