People laugh, but it makes me sad that there are still people that think like that in this modern world. Though, the current executive administration isn’t helping to progress the LBTG agenda, or prompting a new age of unconditional acceptance. I’m just sorry that your mom feels that way. I’ve always known that if I were gay, and came out to my parents, they’d just want me to be happy and healthy. Sadly, a good portion of homeless teens are on the streets after being kicked out of their home for being gay. Things are better, but we’ve still got a LONG way to go. Good luck OP.
