Today, I was alone with a work acquaintance at lunch. A noise came from his pocket; he whipped out his iPod Touch and said "Sorry, I have to take this," before walking away with the iPod to his ear. Not only did he not want to talk to me, he thought I was stupid enough to confuse an iPod with a phone. FML

My mum has an iPhone and my siblings have the iPod Touch and honestly I would know the difference. The iPhone is so much thicker ._.

You can make phone calls from a iPod touch as long as you have a texting app and the minutes, so who knows maybe he did get a phone call.

You can get calls and receive them....i know this BC my ex only had an iPod and I called her on it a few times (i mainly had to call her house phone)
