Today, I was at a concert and the performer told everyone to wave their phones in the air. I threw my hand up and then a huge woman caught my iPhone and disappeared into the crowd. FML

AlicefromIreland tells us more.

What happened was when we were told to wave the phones in the air I flung my arm up a bit too fast and my phone flew out of my hand and this "huge woman" (in talking morbidly obese, bundles me out of the way and snatched my phone from the air. I never saw her or the phone again...

She came in like a wrecking ball! She never moved so fast before!

Wouldn't it be easy to find a huge woman in a crowd?

Well how did that happen unless you threw your phone, and why would you throw your phone?

You deserve it. Just voting wasn't good enough, so I had to write it. You don't get any sympathy from me.

Who the hell tells the audience to wave their phone in the air???

Your profile picture says it all

Most of the concerts I've been to, they'll play that one slow/romantic song and get everyone to turn on the flashlight on their phone and wave them in the air. You know, like how they used to wave lighters before they got banned from concerts. It's really not uncommon and it actually looks super cool, but you do have to be smart enough to actually hold on to your phone so something like this doesn't happen.

#38 that was perfect. Just.. absolutely perfect. Now I can't stop giggling like a moron.

The FML was just edited. Unfortunately "cought" is also incorrect.

Was this at the Billboard fest by any chance

How does it matter? Unless you're a repentant phone catching giant woman who wants to return OP's phone.

could be the same thing happened to them and they want to collaborate in pressing charges.

This is rhe only time I leave my phone in my car...just photos are a bit iffy depending on the show...
