Today, I was at my boyfriends house and we were having sex. He has a game on in the background and one of his friends started talking to him. He immediately threw me off and said "I have to answer this." He went over to his computer and started talking to them. FML

He was playing eve-online and he had his speakers on listening in the background what other people were saying. Then one of them called out his in game name and thats when it happened. He did come back and finish though.

my ex boyfriend left me so that he could have more time for gaming. 123 is right, you can never win with people addicted to gaming. you're only option is to grow some elf ears and grab a sword since that's what these guys seem to be into.

106-It's not just that. When a game gets prioritized above a significant other, that's just wrong, no matter what was going on at the time. I am a huge game fan. I have been since the days of the NES. But when my girl does so much as call, the games are forgotten in a flash. This guy has seriously screwed up in what he thinks is most important to him. When, something virtual comes before something real, it's time to leave the guy.

Let me guess World of Warcraft..... tell him to play dungeon and dragons and all his little fairy tale games on his own time. That game is only for people who don't have a life and it amazes me that some of them actually have girlfriends. So this is where you start questioning yourself in the relationship and ask if its really worth it..

When I read this I thought it would be WoW also. Why are so many people saying "dump him"?' Maybe the boyfriend just ran over to type "can you wait 15 minutes?" (or say it into ventrilo), had a quickie (possibly satisfying OP), and THEN joined the raid group. See? It works out.

i wish people would stop associating WoW with nerds. Yes some nerds play it but, so do eleven million other people. I play WoW, but only to kill time, i would take going out with friends any day over playing WoW.
