Obviously you should be going to the gym more often honey
Ouch! But I think the best way to impress someone at the gym is with your workout skills. Get on the leg press or something and pump some serious weight. Or maybe do some stretches that show off your flexibility. You don't need to reveal all your assets. Just leave him intrigued.
"hahhaha #26 is hilarious, and yeah I completely agree with #22 and 23. Guys sometimes walk by me at the gym multiple times and look at me out of the corner of their eyes.. It's hard to fully concentrate on my workout because I'm thinking about how stupid my facial expression looks while i'm running or doing ab workouts or whatever. Leave the impressing for the parking lot after." True. Once a staff member at my gym called me into his office in the middle of my workout to ask me out. It made me a little uncomfortable, and I didn't appreciate being pulled away from my workout, as I hadn't come to the gym to pick up guys. I was supposed to come back after my workout was done to talk to him, but I managed to slip out before he noticed. I didn't go back to that gym for a long time. But to be honest, I wouldn't have minded so much if I were attracted to the guy. I mean, I scope out guys all the time at the gym. It's a nice incentive to work out. But I don't bother them; I just gaze from across the room. ;)
I hate when people take their shirts off at the gym. either their body is great and I feel jealous, or it's not so great and it's an eyesore. better safe than sorry; keep your shirt on.
hahah go him he said 'thanks' at the end, he wasn't rude.
geez

It's true, trying to impress anyone is an instant YDI. However, he had no right to tell you to put your shirt back on. It's your shirt, I'm assuming you are either male or had a sports bra on underneath and were not breaking and public indecency rules, so he was entirely out of line. Next time, tell him no.
Maybe he was married and didn't want you to tempt him.
