That must suck. If you by any chance knew someone who was there and saw you, could you give me any way of seeing a picture they might have taken.
#236/thruryn Dude, I don't think that "men need to learn to control themselves"! If I see a hot guy then I'll check him out, and of course it doesn't offend me if guys do the same thing. I really do respect your opinions though, and while I understand that people aren't being serious when they ask for pics, I just think that it's obnoxious. :) I don't think that wearing a two-piece is showing too much skin, even though wearing a SKIMPY two-piece might be. I don't know, maybe you're older? (excuse me if I'm assuming things!) Because two-pieces are so common, people might think someone's a prude for wearing a one-piece (unless it's a monokini). I understand that guys like to see skin on attractive girls, but really, it's the same way when guys are shirtless, and I don't find it harder to take someone seriously based on what they're wearing unless they just look really trashy or ridiculous. But maybe you think two-pieces cross that line, while I think that most people wouldn't see it that way. :) And yeah, wearing a loosely-tied string bikini or a bandeau top at a water park is way too risky!
LaLaJoy: Of course they're being obnoxious. That's what most of them came here for! *grin* I'm not THAT old... yet. I'm in my mid-thirties. I totally enjoy seeing women in two-piece suits, but there are a lot a lot a LOT of commenters here on FML who would be all "ZOMG GROSSSSS" if they caught me looking. It's the lack of self-awareness and the double standard that gets under my skin as far as that goes, so it was that point that I tried to address. You're right that not all two-piece suits are made the same. I can think of plenty - like the "panty bottoms" - that would probably be just fine at a water park. While it's an assumption, my guess is that the OP wasn't wearing one of the "safer" ones. ;) (And THAT assumes that the OP isn't fake in the first place.) I don't think there's anything prudish about wearing a one-piece, though, not that I give a shit what other people think in the first place. If anything, they do less to break up the curves of a woman's body and end up *accentuating* it more than a two-piece does. Besides, sometimes being forced to imagine what's underneath is better than being shown right up front. Maybe I'm just more interested in women in one-piece suits because they think a little differently in the first place. ;) Not that it matters any more, seeing as I'm married (going on nine years!). So, oh well. My wife wears a one-piece, and she looks damned good in it! ^_^ Oh, and I don't think that wearing a two-piece is massively risque or makes you a **** or anything. I'm not THAT old! ;) I'm just pointing out that it has a certain effect on men. Some women are *looking* for that effect, which is fine. But if you *aren't*, don't come crying to me. If you don't want guys checking you out, wear something more conservative. (Not meaning you personally, LaLa.) ;)
well where was i thats really sucky that the BOTTOM came off you must have made alot of guys HAPPY
Now that's embarrassing, and true, bikinis are not a good idea for waterparks... As for the sizes... guys, I got stuck in a funnel-shaped slide when I was a skinny little 8-year old coz I placed my head in the "wrong angle".

That sucks, but I pet you made a couple of people's days.
Try one-piece swimsuits.
