Today, I was carrying my four-month-old son in a checkout line. An older couple behind us remarked that I would spoil my son if I carried him everywhere. My son responded by projectile vomiting all over the wife, then looked at me and giggled. FML
I agree, your life sucks 57 106
You deserved it 7 258

Pandamomma tells us more.

hi. OP here. I said FML because I ended up having to apologize and act as if I was sincere. I failed miserably and ended up laughing hysterically. I did feel a little bad.

This isn't an FML. Sounds to me like your kid just has your back.

Your baby is wonderful. He will love you forever

hahahaha they deserved it.. who cares if you spoil him? a child can be well behaved yet totally spoiled... dont let someone get u down by saying stupid sh*t :D

I would have busted up laughing, you don't even know

As much contact as possible is recommended for healthy development. Infant nervous systems require an external psychobiological regulator. Mammals develop what is called limbic resonance with those close to them, and a strong limbic regulator is essential to develop the parts of the brain that control things like interaction with others, empathy, etc. Those deprived of limbic regulators in development tend to show sociopathic traits. Or at least that's what the paper on neurobiology of morals and attachment I read a while back said.

They deserved it. Who doesn't want to hold a 4 month old baby?!? They are precious. And yeah a new parent wants to hold their baby all the time. So screw someone who isn't a nurturing parent has no right to judge you. She deserves it.
