YDI. Why the heck would someone say your life sucks? If you're even close to as smart as it SHOULD take to get a full scholarship to a college (which you're probably lying about), I would hope to god you would know when the letter of acceptance/rejection should be coming in. For sitting around twiddling your fingers for over a month you deserve it. What did you think, everyone is going to do everything for you? I call shenanigans on this FML story. ALSO. What kind of father would pass up the opportunity to send their kid to school for free? You're terrible at making things up. Any father without a serious mental disability would dive at a letter to send their kid to college for free.
