Today, I was drunk and sent my friend a picture of my penis. He edited the picture and put hands and sunglasses on it before sending it to practically everyone I know. FML

I know it was an accident in OP's case, but we as a society should really agree on this as the standard punishment for anyone sending unsolicited dick pics.

Probably the only hands that have been on it in a while huh OP? Haha I'm sorry I had to. But really I hope your face wasn't in the picture so people don't know it's you.

LMAO! What are friends for!? Hope you made everyone's day!

Why are you all giving OP so much stick? Plenty of us have gotten wasted at 16, especially at a New Year's party. It's not like he sent an unsolicited dick pic to a girl or a stranger, it was his mate who jokingly asked for it. I got drunk every now and again at 16, and now I have a degree and absolutely zero criminal record. Same goes for many people. Teens will be teens!

I like how everyone is freaking out about him drinking instead of the fact that he technically sent nude pictures of a minor out. Then his friend shared it. They could both get in trouble for child pornography. Until you're 18 your nudes are illegal. It's not worth the risk.

Just so you know, that is child pornography, and your friend can get in trouble for possessing it and for distributing it, and he can get everyone else who received the picture in trouble for possessing it.

It's set to 21 because that's when your brain is fully developed. They only use it to prevent hardcore damage.

That's just what madd said. The reason it's set to 21 is because if it's not, the Feds take all of the states highway funding because madd lobbied them to the point of actually doing something. Before the 80s, the age was 18. And there is very little difference between 18 and 21 as far as brain development.

The police gave an alcohol safety assembly at my highschool and explained the drinking laws where I live. At 16 we could drink with parent permission in our house so long as a sober parent stayed with us at all times.
