Well both could get into a lot of trouble because us adults overreact to teens doing stupid things with other teens. The worse that SHOULD come out of it it the destruction of the pic and a talking between both sides of parent(s) and the boys and maybe discipline/punishment. That's what should have happen with that boy that send a pic to his girlfriend a little while back, but no we want the government to discipline the children label them underage as sex offenders instead of parents dealing with it or is this case him thoroughly regretting doing it now.
