It was spelled jBhobe.
You should have asked "now is that spelled the same way backwards?"
Huh? Why would you ask that? 1. She wanted to know his name - by asking "is your name spelt the same way backwards" could potential give her a yes or no response - leading her to still not know what is name is. 2. In that scenario he obviously spelt his name - thus her being embarrassed as it is a simple name. So why would she then ask him "is it the same if you spelt it backwards... It's 3 letters- it not a ******* code. 3. Uoy ekam ym niarb truh. ... Even though I just went on and on... I still kinda want to know what you meant by that?
I use that same line when I can't remember someones name.
Haha WINNER!!
Ignore the rude comment OP. Sometimes things slip our mind. At least you got his number an I'm sure he just thought you were being cute. Don't sweat it :) Xoxo K
Eh, that's not too bad. I forget names a lot so I have to use that trick a lot. The only time I was worried about the person not knowing was when they said their name was ashley. Lucky for me, it was spelled really weird so they didn't catch it. XD
You could've easily recovered by saying "no I meant your last name"

so is it Bhob or you know just Bob? ....
Op: What's your name again? Bob: Bob Op: No, your last name? Now you would have both names and not seem as stupid. Next time try doing this method. ^_^
