Today, I was entering a guy's number into my phone, and I couldn't remember his name. Embarrassed, I tried to be sneaky and asked, "Can you spell your name for me, please?" His name is Bob. FML

That's easy just use the old salesman trick. If the happens and they tell you a common name laugh and say I know that I meant your last name.

Um, I just saw an almost identical FML when browing random FML's except the guys name was 'Rob'. Perhaps this one is a copy/fake? Loving the different 'Bob' spellings! And honesty is the best policy!
