Wow, that suuucks.
"Wrongful termination" usually applies only when some federal anti-discrimination law has been broken. Your boss can fire you if they don't like you; the boss can't fire you if they don't like you because you're (black, gay, female, veteran). It also generally exists only where there is an employment contract, union or collective bargaining agreement, or the government. Most work is "at will" meaning the employee or employer can end the relationship at any time without reason. Family businessses are crazy hotbeds of love, work, and favoritism. Girlfriend/boyfriend employees are usually bad news in a family business - they expect to have the same protection and say in the business as wives/husbands/brothers sisters. Hell, every son-in-law knows you're never fully trusted!
You had it coming, don't date co-workers, supervisors or their family. when you get older you will learn this much quicker or lose your job much quicker.
ignore those idiots, sue the asshole. ur private life should not be included at work, u were wrongly fired and can atleast get unemployment.
I don't think you should sue, because how awkward would that be, that you're suing your boyfriend's father? I'd say talk to your boyfriend about it. Maybe he can convince his dad to give you your job back.

Depending on the context, it might be a good thing he doesn't feel comfortable paying his sons gf...
you can prob actually make a complaint for that. he doesn't have any work related reason and he can't fire you for personal issues
