#8 He said that it might be sleep apnea because if I stop breathing so much at night, I am not getting restful sleep. So maybe when my alarms go off my body just stays asleep and I turn them off.
sleep apnea can cause you to feel so tired in the morning that you feel like your in dream state when you wake up, and when you go back to bed (after shutting off your alarm), your mind doesnt know if you were awake or if it was a dream. Trust me i know, Ive done this many times and im going to go to a sleep study to confirm that i do have sleep apnea
word, once this happened to me but instead of trying to shut off my alarm clock I went for my stereo. when I came to it was on my bed, unplugged from the wall and unplugged from the back of the stereo with the volume and tuning knobs torn out. luckly they went back in without a problem
#9 - that wasn't funny. at all.
LOL i have been doing that for yeeeeeaaaars.. another thing that works is setting an alarm on your phone and hiding it in your sheets in your bed, so in the morning you have to search for it.
There are a few alarm clocks that would work for you. One has this thing you stick under the mattress that shakes you wake, another one send a little helicopter in the air and the alarm wont turn off till you put chopper back inside the clock. I think I saw them on thinkgeek .com but it's been awhile so i don't remember.
Definitely one of the more common FML's

I do that ALL the time. What you need to do is set the one by your bed (the one I assume you are turning off), and then set another one across the room about five minutes later so you have to get up and turn it off. Between the two of them and having to walk across the room, it should wake you up. If it doesn't, set another across the room.
Whoa.
