If the relationship works otherwise, ask her how she'd feel if you went out and had sex with someone else, while she went out and did the same. Obviously you'd both have to work something out around condom use so you weren't catching STDs or getting/getting anyone pregnant. If she's cool with that, why not keep up the domestic partnership? Unless, of course, you suspect that she's getting sex somewhere else already, without having asked you first. If you can prove she's cheating, you can probably file for divorce with little or no effort on her part. :-/
