Today, the woman I left my wife for says she doesn’t wanna date me because she "sees me as a best friend” and “You just got divorced, it’s kinda awkward.” I caught feelings for this woman, tried to fight it for months and finally caved in, only to be told she sees me as a platonic friend. My wife won’t take me back. FML

Today, I asked my wife for a divorce, after I tried everything to save our marriage, and it was a gut-wrenching decision. I tried easing her into it, but she instantly agreed. She had packing boxed ready to move out. Now I suspect she was sabotaging our marriage for months so I'd call it quits. FML

You didn't read the FML well. She didn't just say she didn't want to be intimate she wants a divorce but it's to "Time consuming" She doesn't want to be married to him. So he was friend-zoned. Being married doesn't mean she cant friend-zone him.

My best friend was married 2years, had her name changed got his insurance and everything. It only took her 2 months to get divorced, she said she was amazed at how fast she got divorced compared how long it took to get married
