Today, I was smoking while driving. A cop pulled me over and asked if I knew what I did wrong. I thought he could smell the tobacco, so I decided to just admit it. As it turns out, I was going well over the speed limit. FML

Congratulations, you're one of the biggest morons around here. That's quite a feat, considering the other contenders to the title. Unless you meant you were smoking 'something else' and just said tobacco out of hypocrisy, you're really stupid to think it's illegal to smoke, especially in your own car!!

You definitely deserved that one. =_=

Even if he was underage and couldn't buy cigs why would anyone think a cop would notice he was under 18, smoking and THAT was the reason he pulled you over? Obviously it was something more than that! Ydi! Use your head

Your stupid...if your old enough to drive.... most the time a cop ain't gonna give a shit if you are smokin a cig..if you was burnin some herb I'd understand...but your just a bitch for this

it's only illegal to sell tobacco to minors not to have it

Okay, first, since when is smoking cigarettes in your car illegal? Second he/she can be underage and smoke cigarettes without getting a charge for it; I don't recommend it, nor do it, becuz it's ******* nasty. And, last, there's NO way in hell marijuana can hurt you or give you cancer.

"Look straight forward, use yes and no answers because there's no use in pleading guilty to a crime they don't know about." That's advice from Jeff Foxworthy on how to deal with cops a d spouses. Follow it. :)

Why would it be illegal to smoke in your own car?
