Today, I was talking about phobias and anxiety disorders in psychology class. I nearly had a panic attack because I was worried that someone might realize I suffer from them. FML

A lot of people are saying everyone has a phobia, but this really isn't true. Most people say they have a phobia do not. Being deathly afraid of something does not mean it is a phobia. A phobia is a true anxiety disorder, and people who are affected by one always have a big obstacle in their life. A true phobia will drive phobic people insane, changing them into almost a different person when they are around their irrational fear. I have a clinical phobia- Abodyemigphobia. It is extremely hard to live with, and people who don't really have a phobia have no idea what phobic people go through. Protip: If you go down a list of phobias and think "oh, I'm afraid of x so I must have x, and x, and x..." you probably don't have a true phobia.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO! I AM NOT ALONEEEE!

You could be the sponsor for an iron factory!

I suffer from them too. Don't worry. It'll be okay.

well don't feel bad there's probably somebod else their thinking the same thing
