Today, I was woken up to my mother screaming obscenities at me, all because I threw up last night after days of not feeling well, and the flushing of the toilet afterwards woke her up. FML

If you really have bad English, the best you can do is talk to someone who speaks English to get better. I've made friends with quite a few German's that way.

OK. Next time you throw up, miss the toilet. Do it over the side of the bowl. Make a HUGE mess. And then leave it for her to clean up. When she complains, say you didn't want to disturb her sleep by puking in the toilet and having to flush, or by rummaging around in the cleaning cupboard. As a kindness, throw up on an easily cleaned floor surface, like linoleum of tiles.

The hell? Everyone in that house must be afraid of having to pee or shit at night in fear of being cursed at being what wakes you up. What a lovely way to start the day eh?
