I know that feeling OP, except in my case it is when I don't take my meds. As long as it doesn't cause violent behaviour I think its ok. Most people are put under observation the first week on a new medicine, for this particular reason. Perhaps it is best that you try to avoid stress for the first few days, until you know how you are affected.
