Today, I went for a job interview I scheduled 3 weeks ago. I spent $200 on a new suit to really impress them and practised like crazy every imaginable question they could ask. They already had filled the position 2 weeks ago and forgot to inform me. FML

That sucks. On the other hand, now you have a nice new suit!

Gah, see this is why I HATE interviews. They just treat you like dirt and expect you to lap it up in the hopes of a job.

maybe if you knew how to spell practice you would have a job

Well, if you got a new suit just for that, then you could probably use it anyway. Then again, if you're spending money that you really can't or shouldn't, you probably deserved it.

That shows major disorganization on their part - and you deserve better

to even get a job u have to spell practiced right.

that sucks. I understand your pain. btw...if some of didn't notice, the OP is a female. 1. Women's suits aren't as expensive as men's suits. So a $200 suit is most likely a nice suit. 2. Seeing as she's looking for work, she probably doesn't have a "stack" to spend on a suit (as one of you so politely commented).

its practiced. no wonder you didn't get the job.

You should have used "it's." Practice some more please.
