Today, I went in my room to play my guitar. I found my Les Paul on the floor with all the strings missing. I later found out my grandma cut them off because I was playing "Devil's Music." FML

Dude, seriously that sucks. But I agree with #154, thank god she didn't like rip out the pickups or something. Some grandmas just don't understand the beauty of rock n roll.

I HAVE PROOF SHE DAMAGED THE ACTUAL GUITAR!!! It says in my Gibson owners manual, that you should NEVER have all the strings removed at the same time. Here's a quote from the manual on the subject of strings: "When changing strings, we recommend changing one string at a time in order to maintain tension on the neck and bridge. The pressure of the strings holds the bridge and saddles it in place, and removing all the strings could necessitate a new setup." See? The crazy religious bitch DID damage the guitar! It's in the manual on page 21.

WTF??? Devil's music??? Well it depends on what song ur playing. If u were playing an ordinary rock song then she is stupid. It even states in the Bible that God likes art. Your Grandma is a terrible Christian if you playing any song besides an anti Christ song. btw, I'm not christian but I have to go to a christian school

I voted that your life sucks, but you have a Les Paul. You have either rich parents or a fuckload of money. Quit bawwwwwing so much about it and tell your grandma to pay for the damages. 10 dollars for new strings. If you need your truss rod fixed, then she should pay for that also. Christianity, just like all of the Abrahamic religions, is false because it is based off of the delusional belief that a god exists.

Lawl. I have the best of both worlds. I play a Les Paul, and play in a worship band for my youth group. No cut strings here har har. :p Strings don't even cost that much, so quit crying and spend the $5 on a new set of Ernie's.
