You're an ass. Even if she wasn't fat, she probably would have found that offensive. You should've just told her that you were there. If you weren't attracted to her, you aren't obligated to make a second date but you don't have to be rude.

Can't really comment about how he referred. First of all, she could be 160 pounds, or she could be 400. I'm sure if we all saw a 400 pound woman sitting next to you, you'd think that they were fat. I sure as hell know I would. I'm not being mean, it's a plain fact. Sure they might have an issue, but hell, 400 pounds? That shows not trying to manage as well. As for the other fact, referring to her as 'fat' is subjective. To him, fat might be 140. Generally, that's not fat. It's a little odd for people to consider the girl 'disgusting' or 'lazy' based on his views as fat. If he said something like "400 pound chick" then I would have thought the same thing. Gross. Either way, if I were him, I would have just played off like it wasn't me who texted her. I'd laugh, pretend to respond, then walk off, pretending to go meet a friend or something ._. What an awkward moment that must have been. FML, I registered to respond to this.
