That's how people date... She should've set the date for another night, but maybe she just wanted to get the dates out of the way. You usually don't find your soul mate on the first date.

Wow, that was very rude and uncouth of her. That other date could have been set for another night. And, why would she tell him she's going on another date when any other excuse could have been used to spare his feelings. Sorry sugar, you're better off finding someone worth your time.
