Today, I went out for lunch with a guy I hadn't seen in a couple of months. He seemed to be staring at my chest quite a bit, but I wasn't too bothered by it. Turns out there was still an XL sticker on my shirt. FML

A lesson... Always double check your shirts for stickers. I once walked around with a size tag hanging from the ass of my pants.

Who gives a shit? If this FML wasn't deleted by now, you're probably wrong. I also searched for FMLs with the word sticker in it and I didn't find one with a similar story. By the way, how do you remember the location of the other FML?

Or maybe aliens put the sticker on, or maybe the OP is big-boned, or maybe she liked the shirt so much and all they had was the XL. All the explanations are possible, but not likely. Occam's Razor-> She's fat!! Ding-ding-ding!

Most female XL shirts in US sizing aren't even big, so if he has an issue with her size because of that alone, that's pathetic.

Women's clothing runs tiny. Chances are she got the XL so it wasn't a shirt she could only wear around her arm. Also, women with large chests need larger shirts. It sucks but it's the way it is.

I wash my clothes before wearing them however those stupid annoying stickers don't always come off. However the question should ask, don't anyone thoroughly check clothes before wearing?

Once I went a whole school day walking about with a size sticker on my shirt. I didn't notice it until tennis practice, after school.

Don't you wash your new clothes before wearing them? If so shouldn't the sticker come off in the washer.. Just saying. No big deal tough. I'd say that would be more of an ice breaker, then an embarrassment.
