i once did that to a guy (im a girl) and a group of my friends were out , and he was hitting on my friend and she didn't like it, then he decided to move onto me, i gave him the fake number and as we were about to leave, he looks at me and says "reject hotline? fu*k you!" then chased all the way out, as the cops arrested him.

Well, the big giveaway is the 1-800 before the number, just a tip.
To #1: Rejection Hotline isn't a 1-800 number. Because that WOULD be a dead giveaway, obviously, so I don't know why you would even assume that. Anyway, their website - with all their numbers - is here: http://www.rejectionhotline.com/
