My interviews didn't start going anywhere near right til I got on anxiety meds. Apparently stuttering and sweating looks bad too.

Don't go in there thinking you're getting interviewed. Think of it as a meeting. They already have your app/resume. Be formal and polite and ask them more about the job, growth potential and 401k. Never bring up your actual salary till there is a job offer. These are all things you really should know before deciding if you want a job and it should help you feel a bit less like you're on an auction block. Might also help you avoid taking a job that makes you post more here lol.
