Today I went to my sleep therapist; I sleep 8 hours a night, but I'm still very tired during the day. I'm divorced, so we decided that I would record myself sleeping to see if I might be snoring. We listened to the tape. Not only was I snoring very loudly, I cry all night in my sleep. FM

I wouldn't be surprised that you are so tired, that is what depression can do, you could sleep all day and it's like you have never slept Give yourself time to heal

I used to cry all night in my sleep too. I had no idea until I stayed in a backpackers and the old lady in my room told me..... No idea what I was crying about but I made changes and it doesn't happen anymore.

I'm so sorry!:( I hope things get better for you!!*sending positive vibes*

This must be the saddest FML I have seen yet... OP, hope things get better for you soon!

I'm so sorry. The girl that I love, loves someone else. So I know what you're going through.

If you're not upset during the day, I wouldn't worry too much. People make weird noises while half-asleep sometimes--one time I dreamed I was meowing and woke up to a noise that sounded like a demonic spirit attempting to exit my flesh. If you have sleep apnea, you're not really awake or asleep, so your brain will just spit out random weirdness. Get the apnea treated and you'll probably be fine, and a lot less tired.
