in large classes, profs don't even grade the papers. they do not take attendance. they do not care what your name is unless you give them a reason to. they are worried about their research, their upcoming book deal, and which coed is going to put out during office hours.

did the course have a similar name/number..? you should know what you class you enroll in.... that sucks though if you're doing ok you should just finish it anyways then Lol

hey its possible, more than half of my classes didnt have the professors name on the schedule and its easy to confuse room numbers like 313 and 331....

u of t have 1000person classes for first year bio classes (i go to york university and they have nvr taken attendance) talk to student services they would probably be very understanding and since youve done all your work (saying you have copies of the work uve done so far) they would probably transfer you to the class with out worry that does suck tho ive always had that worry about that happening so i double check

My classes in university never takes attendance, I don't know what you guys are on about.

I can see how this would happen because in large universities, the pysch 101 classes are always filled to the hundreds so attendance is not so easily checked. However, I would talk to the professors of both classes and say you were in the wrong class. I mean this sounds like an honest mistake, however, the grades show be transferred or at least allow you to make it up. I think if you talk nicely, you'll be able to transfer your grades between the classes. Good luck.
