Seeing someones poop is not nice anyway and I guess you would kinda feel a little bit sick so really, sex would not be on the cards. I think a lot of people do the shower and poop thing but to avoid a situation like that I always put the seat down. My ***** don't smell much which is great cos my boyfriend is forever coming in the bathroom to see me for attention, but only when I'm showering.
