It's not surprising after such a hard journey! Maybe get a coffee before the next one?
Coffee coffee coffee
At least you got to sample how comfortable the seats were to fall asleep in.....
That's just a brutal journey. you probably wouldn't stay awake even if it was at a better hour...
you're ready for college.
YDI for not flying in the day before and getting some sleep beforehand
I wouldn't say op deserves it, as sometimes schedules or finances don't allow for extra days. But my rule of thumb is to always fly a day early so that I can have that day to rest from the journey. Flying and travelling in general is tedious and tiring and it's good to have the extra day to sleep it off. Hopefully you've learnt a good lesson and will try and fly early so you have that extra day for rest & recuperation.
Yeah or using all those hours of travel to take a nap
maybe OP couldn't fly early for whatever reason. But after all that effort on OP's part, no way in hell OP deserved it! Come on !
Psh, that's not even a half-nighter
It happens. Don't sweat it. Next time try to fly in the day before so you have time to get enough sleep. Otherwise, don't worry too much about it.

That won't be the last time you fall asleep in a college class.
