I have two fur babies and I've delt with two dying when I was younger. Not everyone sees that they are not just pets. I'm very sorry for your loss. I'm also very glad you have a dad that is doing the dirty work and made you breakfast since you obviously will have your mind on other things.
I'm so sorry for your loss OP, I know how hard it is to lose a pet. I think it's best to get another dog before his/her absence hits you bad. It doesn't help when you mourn for long. Ofcourse this is only possible if it's pet
Aww..sorry to hear that OP. May he RIP
My condolences, darling. I know it's hard to lose such a beloved member of the family.
I woke up to my dog barking at something out the window one day. Turns out it was my parents burying our bunny who had apparently died. The pain sucks, sorry you had to experience it op :(
I read this as your dog was digging a grave for your dog
I'm really sorry. I lost my old guy in June. That was just over 7 months ago, but it sure feels like yesterday. If your dog is already gone, I hope it was peaceful like my guy's was. His was unexpected and quick, but he just went to sleep one night and never woke up. If he's still around, I hope you get to enjoy what time you have left with him before he's gone. Better to let them go a day too early when they still have more good days than bad than to keep them a day too long.
awww I'm sorry, rip

When I was younger, we had a dog. He got old, and developed a tumor in his spine, which led to paralysis. It started slowly. At first he just dragged his back foot along the ground. We thought he'd just hurt is foot at some point, and decided to monitor it. But the paralysis got worse. It went up his leg, and then spread to his other foot and leg. Although he seemed happy enough, he couldn't walk, and when he did move, he dragged himself around. But mainly he was carried everywhere. Because of his age and the cost of the test to see if it would be worth operating, the decision was made to put him down. My parents organised the fateful day with the vet. My mum had decided she wanted to bury him in yard, and plant a tree or shrub there. So the day before our dog was due to be put down, dad went outside to dig a hole. It was a sunny day, so our dog laid out there too. Our dog watched his own grave get dug.
Sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is like losing a family member.
