If it was just an excursion, send him on his own next time. Take that time to do something you enjoy.
If he wanted to so badly why didn't you just let him go for a few hours by himself & not subject yourself to that?
Yeah, this situation isn't acceptable. Vomiting that much dehydrates you to possibly dangerous levels, PLUS you're pregnant. He can either go fishing somewhere that is not a boat, so you won't be seasick, or he can go do it by himself. What's worse, someone being bored or someone being violently ill? He should understand.
He probably was planning on doing it by himself but his wife nagged until he gave in. And once he kid is born it's not unlikely that he won't be able to go fishing until the kid is old enough to come with and hold a pole, which is probably a few years.
same thing happened to me at 5mo preg on an 8 hr trip.......... I will never take a boat again.
Before going on vacation you have to ensure you're both on the same page with things you want to do. Right now, you're making your hubby out to be an insensitive prick, but it could just be you who insisted on going. Either way, don't go on vacations if you have different ideas of what to do. Also, accept that you can do different things on a vacation, that way you're not forced into something you don't want to do.

Where was the vacation spot? Could you not hang out somewhere else while he went fishing? That's what my mom always did, my dad would go fishing on a boat, and she would hang out on the beach, or do her own type if excursion, like shopping or sight seeing.
I'm so sorry, that time in pregnancy is so unpredictable and gross. Hopefully you'll start to feel better soon.
