Today, I worked a 12-hour shift. Today my parents' cat also had diarrhoea. Rather than clean it up when said cat projectile shat all through my bed, they simply closed my door and left it for me. Since it's in my room, apparently it's my problem. They can't understand why I'm pissed. FML

They can’t understand because they are shitty parents.

now the only way to fix this is to projectile shit on their bed as well.

Time to grow up and get your own place!

Not everyone can afford that. Also, in some cultures its expected to live with your family well into your adult life. How about trying not to be prejudicial in the future???

Hi guys, this was me. My door was closed when I left because this cat often hacks up hairballs everywhere and she has done so multiple times in my room. When I flipped my shit and explained what had happened to my parents (after I'd stripped the whole damn bed, sprayed copious amounts of air freshener and opened the window etc.) they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't smell anything. My mum admitted she had gone in there to get something, left the door open and closed it later. She did say sorry but no one helped me clean up. Took ages for the smell to clear too. :( To answer any questions: 1. There is no lock on my door 2. I was 15 at the time this happened so I couldn't move out even if I wanted to 3. I did still pay my rent/board because I'm a good kid 4. I didn't shit on their bed or put the sheets on it but I should have haha Thanks for the laughs :)

Apparently, you're not only pissed, but've also been literally shat on. Logged in into my 5 year old not active account just to write this.
