Today, for our 8 month anniversary, my boyfriend bought me a hideous necklace with ugly charms hanging off it. I wore it anyway and got a rash from it on the side of my neck. After seeing the rash my boyfriend accused me of having a hickey from another guy and broke up with me. FML

I'm sorry to hear that. On one hand it's horrible for him to end it without giving you any reason as to why, but on the other hand maybe you really wouldn't want to hear the reasons. Even so I guess it's always nicest to know the truth so you can get proper closure. Good luck with everything :(

Wow. You don't just end things that quickly with someone unless there was a big reason for it. It sucks that he gave you that then left, but I'm a divorced Catholic so I'll just say that things get better OP. Hope you find someone else soon who you want to spend your life with.

How long is 'that quickly'? Is there a time limit for how long you have to be with someone before you break up? This sucks, but he's not wrong for breaking up with her.
