Today, I was excited to finally receive my Halloween costume in the mail after the one I ordered back in September got lost in transit. Upon reaching my mailbox, I saw the lock had been broken off and my new costume had been stolen. The party is tomorrow. FML

Today, I excitedly checked the mail to see if my Halloween costume finally arrived. It didn't. I live in an isolated city, so finding a costume by any other means than the Internet was impossible. I spent over $100 for a costume that I won't even get to wear this year. FML

I sat staring at my phone for a good amount of time trying to figure out what was so wrong with the costumes delivery, then my friend looked at the photo and immediatly pointed out that it is December... Oops. I hope it the costume fits next year!
