You fail as a mother, first of all, if you have money for a "3G iPhone", you have money to put your child in daycare if your not going to watch her! Seriously, a five year old + a microwave = BOOM! Wow. Everybody saying it shouldn't be in reach of the kid blah blah blah. Daddy has an expensive phone. I'm sure he's told the kid not to touch it. Do kids listen when you say no? No. B/c it looks good they'll mess with it anyways. Microwaves vary and it depends on the setting of a kitchen. High or low, no matter what a kid will find a way there. Not that hard. Toddlers get curious. And you don't know if the OP has told the child to not touch the microwave either so again they don't listen. Stop blaming the OP for what happened. Ppl think 5 yr olds don't know any better when depending on how much knowledge they have and how they're raised, they know alot. They're not stupid. Their minds pick up ALOT at that age. If the man wanted to buy an iPhone it's on him. $500 is stupid but w/e. And once that child gets a job take her paychecks until they equal $500 PLUS tax lol. That'll show em. Is It A Good Idea To Microwave An iPhone 3G? XD FYL OP I have a seven year old sis on my part and there is a 7 year age difference between us both. Worst yet, I HATE admitting I'm wrong. When she tries to tell me something that I've said before and was proved wrong I try to tell her that it's not true she continues to argue and then it continues to get worse. It's often gone to physical fighting (Yes I'm 14 fighting with a 7 year old) Just starts with her pushing me and she surprisingly is pretty strong. I push her back, then the hitting and slapping starts and while all that is going on, we're yelling at eachother. Usually, on my side I'm yelling that she is a baby that knows nothing and she is yelling that I'm "the worst sister ever". Don't get me wrong, I love my sis but we almost have NOTHING in common and we have such an age difference we can relate to eachother very well.

Isn't there an app for that?
