Now you can ask her out and not risk a sexual harassment lawsuit. A lot of companies don't allow "fraternization" among the employees, so by sacking this girl, you can get her in the sack.

Try asking your boss why he wants to fire them. If its a stupid reason try to convince him to give them a warning first. Hardworking people dont get fired for no reason. That's like bashing out a baker for making an amazing pie. Mmm...pie...
