Today, my boss came up to my desk to talk about a new project. He came up to my monitor so we can go to a website. My browser had frozen and I couldn't close it. The tabs I had open: Facebook, Gmail, Careerbuilder, Monster, and Resume Samples. FML

Not if their boss wanted them to go to a website.

This is why friends don't let friends use Windows

"So, this isn't a good time to bring up that raise?..."

Why are you job searching in the economic state that we are in? Atleast on the brightside, you weren't surfing on Xtube >.>

That's awkward. But, as #4 said, at least you weren't looking at pornography.

Seriously, this isn't the time to be looking for a new job. Although I guess it doesn't hurt to be prepared in case you get fired/laid off. Looks like that is more likely now.

if all else fails, you can always shut the computer off... and then just tell your boss you're rebooting... also, job searching on the job is really stupid... especially in this economy... there are so many people out of work already... why would you do this and make yourself one of them?
