Sorry to hear OP. I suffer from the same thing and people that don't understand make it unnecessarily difficult sometimes.
I feel your pain, I also have hypoglycaemia and sucks ass... But the random fainting, imagine it happening as I am receiving an award from the mayor... In front of 3000 people... Hey that's an FML right there haha :)
That's discrimination, it's due to a medical condition. I am a type one diabetic so I know how you feel. Just takes a bit of control but it is hard. No matter what people say. I would talk to HR if possible, OP. Good luck!
