Today, my boss is still refusing to fire my psychotic coworker, who's made it his mission to insult, annoy, bully and threaten me every day into making me quit. My boss is convinced the guy just has "assburger's" and that the company would get sued if we fired him. FML

If that's a case he should have the guy medically evaluated. Or at least talk to the guy and try and make it so you don't sue him for a hostile work environment.

I'm guessing that you don't know what Asperger's syndrome is. It's a form of autism which causes general social unawareness

This is very similar to the way my bf's family treats one of his older brothers, he can get away with insulting and degrading me for being a female and everyone says 'Oh, he's always been this way so just ignore him,' and never disciplined him so he's grown into a fat, arrogant, lazy arsehole who leeches off everyone around.

Ok, first of all its Aspergurs, not assburgers. second, I have it and if I acted that way, I'd expect to get fired. They can suenifnthey want but no one should be harassed at work and if he can't understand that, then he shouldn't be working at all.
