It's "two rats", not "assburgers".
there is a disease called aspurgers she was making a joke about it by spelling it that was and 2nd I have aspurgers syndrome and it wouldn't make you be that way......
Well for one thing, it's Aspergers. It's a form of severe autism.
Aspergers is not a severe form of autism. Yes, it is a form of autism but it is generally much more mild than full spectrum. It's a very high functioning version that still has it's ups and downs but it's generally much easier to live with. (I speak from experience thank you)
I'm an aspie (person with aspergers) and I can tell you that it doesn't make us act like ass holes. We don't understand social cues and nonverbal language. Sometimes we act or say things without understanding that it may be hurtful or offensive, but it doesn't make us deliberately mean.
You do realize that Asbhurgers Syndrome is a real thing, and people that have it have REALLY shitty lives, right?
I have it and do not have a shitty life. I'm in my mid 30's, have two children, I'm an administrative assistant for a corporation and live my own life without having any sort of help. Your assumption that having Aspergers means a shitty life generally means you need to educate yourself more.
Yeah people tend not to understand why we sometimes act the way we do
As an adult aspie, Aspergers is not really an excuse. Yes, there are different aspects to the syndrome and it varies greatly between male and female, but all can learn an order of decorum to some aspect. If your boss suspects this person is an aspie then they need to speak with HR. If there is no diagnosis Aspergers and it's only an assumption then there should be no hold back from dealing with the harassment. Even if there is, a solution needs to be reached because if not I fully would urge you to get a restraining order for harassment and filing a harassment order with HR or corporate.
Aspergers is an actual thing just throwing that out there. He could very well be sued for firing him.
Aspergers not assburgers

Assburgers don't sound very appetizing. I wouldn't fire one up either.
If that's a case he should have the guy medically evaluated. Or at least talk to the guy and try and make it so you don't sue him for a hostile work environment.
