Word meanings change, and words can have dual meanings. Stop being so sensitive. If you want to be that literal, "gay" means happy, so how DARE everyone use it to mean homosexual! What else can we call Facebook? Lame? Nope, that means it can't walk or move properly. It's just a word. Not a personal attack.

I have a Facebook and it has never "taken away" from face to face communication for me. It actually helps me stay in touch with people back at home while I'm in college (I pay my own cell phone bill so I cant afford to call everyone all the time). I check it once a day for about 10 minutes. I don't really care if someone doesn't like facebook, but I hate it when some people act like everyone that uses Facebook uses it obsessively.

well both my parents use it obsessivley...except thryre addicted to mafia wars not farmville. but i agree not everyone uses it obsessivley. i personally dnt like facebook. however the only reason i said tht whole thing above was bc i was pissed at the dumbass oversensitive lez. i was attempting to use correct terms to describe how i feel about facebook bc i wouldnt want to say gay or anything...that mite offend someone
