Today, my boyfriend and I were asleep. Evidently, he was dreaming about being a UFC fighter, because, out of no where, he grabs the back of my head and punches me in the nose. I haven't been able to breathe right out of my nose all day. FML

And you've been seen by a doctor by now, right? Whether or not you choose to break up with him, you can't sleep in the same bed and risk this happening again. And he needs to be thoroughly repentant, pay for all your medical treatment, and start seeking out solutions to this terrible problem he has with his sleep. I am not well versed in these problems, but there are such things as sleep disorder clinics. I don't know that a judge would say that he's legally responsible for paying for the medical care. But I certainly think he is morally responsible, and if he doesn't want to do this, he needs to be out of your life.
